Cancellations

A full refund due to cancellation for virtual camps is 2-weeks from the start date of the camp, while for in-person camps we require 1-week of advance notice to receive a full refund.

 

If cancellation occurs after the minimum cancellation period, then a prorated refund will be given to the customer (assuming the 1st day of camp is the start of the cancellation period).

 

Customers may also reschedule to a future camp in lieu of a refund and opt to receive 50% of their registration credit for the rescheduling. Shipping fees are not refundable if items have already been sent out to a customer.

 

Rescheduling done before the 2-week period (for virtual camps) and 1-week period (for in-person camps) will not incur any charges.
